” This was my first serious steps into Yoga after starting to feel my age after kayaking sessions. Angad’s sessions were fantastic, well presented, easy to follow with a nice variation on routines. While there was a steady progression each session which highlighted my personal improvement, alternative options were always offered for more challenging moves. The introduction of breathing exercises as well as relaxation and calming techniques and how they can be adopted into paddling were great. The sessions had a huge impact on my kayaking, improved flexibility, more fluid controlled movement as well as less aches and pains after.
